Cancellation Policy
You can cancel an engagement at any time — here's how it works.

How to cancel
Submit a written cancellation request to info@biharigraphic.com stating your project reference and reason.
Work in progress
You will be billed for all work completed up to the cancellation date, prorated against the current milestone.
Notice period
For retainer engagements, a 14-day notice period applies before cancellation takes effect.
Handover
Upon settlement of outstanding invoices, we hand over completed deliverables and relevant assets.
