Refund Policy

Refunds are considered for work not yet started or where deliverables materially fail to meet the agreed scope.

Payments made against completed and approved milestones are non-refundable, as work has already been delivered.

To request a refund, email info@biharigraphic.com with your project details within 7 days of the relevant milestone.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

Custom third-party costs, licenses, and non-recoverable expenses are excluded from refunds.
